Born of Water Dive Pro Discount Program
The Born of Water Dive Professional Program is a membership program for qualified dive professionals, industry collaborators and select honorary professionals. As a dive professional, you’re shaping the future of diving, and we want to help through our exclusive discount program.
Membership is by application, is not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time. Please review the application guidelines carefully and submit all required materials to ensure no unnecessary delays. Eligibility criteria may evolve based on company priorities, market shifts, or changes within the industry.
Application Process
Applications are typically reviewed within 48 hours, though processing times may vary. We kindly ask that you refrain from calling or emailing to check on your application status, as additional inquiries can slow down the overall review process.
Once submitted, you'll receive a series of follow-up emails (outlined below). Be sure to use an email address you have full access to — if you’re unable to verify your email, we won’t be able to approve your application.
- Register with Born of Water! The first step is having an established account with us that we can attach your discount code to. You can check to see if you have an account or register for one here.
- Complete the Short Online Application.
- Wait for confirmation. We’ll verify that you are a dive professional. Once approved, we’ll generate an unique coupon code for you and notify you via email.
- Start saving! Use your coupon code at checkout and enjoy your professional discount.
Who Is Eligible?
At this time we are only accepting applications from the categories listed in the Pro Classification list below.
- Active and currently insured Dive Instructors, Assistant Dive Instructors and Divemasters.
- Active and currently insured Freedive Instructors and Assistant Freedive Instructors.
- Volunteer Public Safety Dive Team
- Published Media (UW Photographers, UW Videographers & Writers).
- Captains and Dive Boat Crew Members MAY also qualify depending on the extent of their activity.
Program Rules
- Subscription to Born of Water emails is a requirement of membership.
- Pro purchasing is for personal use only. You may not purchase product for friends, family, or co-workers. Born of Water reserves the right to revoke membership at any time if it appears that a member is abusing the pro program benefits.
- Please be discreet about your pro discount. Do not share, discuss, or advertise your pro affiliation.
- If people ask about your Born of Water products, please refer interested customers to local shops and bornofwater.com.
- Unless otherwise stated, pro orders are not eligible for free shipping offers.
- Pro account information is not be shared. Pro orders are for personal use only. Violation of this will result in removal from the program.
