We accept checks, credit cards, money orders and cash.
We can usually work with almost any type of art file, even designs that are hand drawn. Below are the preferred file types that we accept. Please view detail and the preferred files for each of our different decorating methods in the rest of our FAQ.

Vector Files
  • Adobe Illustrator (.EPS, .AI)
  • Adobe PDF (.PDF)
Raster Files
  • Adobe Photoshop (.PSD, .PPD)
  • Corel Draw (.CDR)
  • Adobe PDF (.PDF)
  • .BMP .JPG .GIF .TIF .PNG
We prefer vector images for all projects. These are files created in program like Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand or Corel Draw. They will have file extensions such as .AI, .EPS, .CDR. Please be sure that all fonts are converted to paths or you include the font file with the artwork.

Note: Not all files that have these file extensions are necessarily true vector image files. Anyone can save a raster file as nearly all these file types. The file has to be created from scratch in the programs above to be a true vector file. They will have file extensions such as .BMP, .JPG, .JPEG, .TIFF and .PSD We also accept high resolution (hi-res) images created in Photoshop (.PSD) and have each color on a separate layer. The file typically must be at 300dpi and at print size to produce a nice clean print.

If your file type is not listed above, please send it anyway. We will do our best to convert it into a file we can work with. Artwork fees may apply to any artwork that is not print ready.
Garments sizes, colors and styles may be mixed as long as the artwork or design stays the same. Fees may be incurred if an ink color change is required.
Choosing a brand and style of a garment typically relies on three main factors: 1. Who is your customer or demographic? This plays a significant role in the style, cut, quality and fabric of your garments. 2. What is your Budget? Knowing your budget will allow us to assist you in choosing the proper garment and printing style for your project. 3. What are your shirts going to be used for? Knowing how a shirt or garment will be used will assist us in recommendations for a shirt brand, style and cut. If you are looking for something for promotional purposes or for single use, we may recommend a traditional Gildan or Hanes shirt; however, if you are looking for something that is more cost effective, but stylish we might recommend something such as Next Level Apparel. If you require a high quality, fashion forward brand we might suggest Alternative Apparel or Bella.

    Screen Printing

Yes, our minimum order for screen printing is 36 pieces for 1-3 colors. 4-5 Colors requires a minimum order of 50 Pieces. 6+ Colors requires a minimum of 72 pieces.
For every color we print, we have to create a separate film and screen. The more screens the higher the set up costs. It also takes longer to print 4 colors as we need to make 4 separate print passes on each tee.
We have the ability to print up to 12 spot colors on our presses. If you require more colors, we offer Simulated Process and Direct to Garment Printing which can produce millions of colors.
Yes, we offer color matching using the Pantone Matching System at an additional cost.
Our maximum printable dimensions for screen printing is 16’’ x 19’’. Keep in mind that not all shirts provide you with a canvas space this big. For example, on a typical woman’s small tee, the maximum printable dimensions are 12’’ x 16’’. It is very important to take into consideration all of the shirt sizes in the order, before finalizing the size of your artwork. Our graphics department will be more than happy at assisting you with choosing the maximum print size for your screen printing project.
We always recommend keeping your artwork dimensions the same on all sizes of the shirts being printed. If you want to make your graphic smaller on the smaller sized shirts and larger on the larger sized shirts, we treat the print pricing as though you are printing two completely different jobs. To change the size of the graphic requires a new set of screens, films and additional set-up time, therefore, it’s treated as though you were printing two different jobs instead of one.
When printing vibrant colors on black or dark garments it is often necessary to print a white layer first, this is called an under base. This gives the top colors a good neutral base and reduces or eliminates the shirt color showing through. This under base will count as an additional print color in your design, even if there is visually no white in your design. However, if you do have white included in your design we typically will not need to print a separate under base. We will always let you know if a separate under base charge is required for your design before we go to production.
We have the ability to print up to 5 colors using screen-printing technology. If your design contains more than this amount of colors, has complex gradients or is of photographic quality, your best print option is Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing. Please feel free to checkout our DTG Printing Service or give us call for more details.
Generally, we do not recommended printing over these areas, because it can cause deviations in quality from print to print. The design has a tendency to get messy or sloppy around these troublesome areas and we can never guarantee the quality of a print over these areas. Printing over these areas is approved on a project by project basis. Before accepting this type of order we would need to see your design and know what types of garments you’d like to use. Please give us call for more details or to discuss your print project with one of our specialists.
Unfortunately, no. Screens take up a fair amount of space and the storage space needed to store and catalog any amount of screens would not be possible. That being said, we do keep the films on file for all projects that you produce through us. By keeping your films on file, we are able to offer any future reprints of your screens at a reduced rate.
Before we start your order, you will receive a digital “mock up” of your design for approval. The mock up is simply your graphic placed on a t-shirt template so that you can approve placement and size. We also offer a traditional sampling service, where you can receive a printed sample of your design prior to making a commitment to the entire print run. Due to the high cost associated with producing just a single garment with your printed design, the cost to do a sample shirt starts at $150, which covers the cost and time to setup the films, screens, machine and to print. For more details, or to get a quote for your project, please feel free to contact us.
