Shipping Policy
Born of Water ships orders throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and most international locations. Some products may not be available for shipment to every destination.

We currently do not ship to the following locations: Ascension Island, China, Hong Kong SAR China, Taiwan, and Tristan da Cunha.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours after payment is received.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package online. Packages are shipped using the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout and are typically delivered without requiring a signature.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Eligible U.S. orders over $75 qualify for free Economy Ground Shipping. Expedited shipping options, including 3-Day, 2-Day, Next Day, or Overnight shipping, are not included in the free shipping offer and will be charged at the regular rate.

Shipping weights may be rounded up to the next full ounce or pound in accordance with carrier requirements.

We recommend placing all items in a single order whenever possible. Separate orders cannot be combined after they are placed, and shipping fees will apply to each order individually.

Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout based on item availability, shipping destination, and the shipping method selected.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed shipping service is selected, such as UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day. USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed delivery service.

Expedited Shipping Cutoff
The cutoff time for Overnight and Next Day shipping is 11:00 a.m. EST.

In some cases, we may be able to accommodate a request after the cutoff time. For urgent shipping requests, please contact us at 800-661-9352 before placing your order.

International Orders, Customs, Duties & Fees
Customers shipping orders outside of the United States are responsible for all duties, import taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any other charges required by the destination country.

These fees are not included in the product price, shipping cost, or handling charges paid at checkout. Customs policies and import fees vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an order.

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable.

If an international shipment is refused because of unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost, customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
