General Order Information
We can ship to virtually any address in the world, but some products cannot be shipped to all international destinations.
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via your chosen carrier with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Estimated Delivery Date
When you place an order, the system will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Delivery times are only estimates and not a guarantee, unless choosing a Guaranteed Service such as UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day.

2nd Day, Overnight & Next Day Orders

International Orders
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the US are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.
Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Shipping Rates
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, weights may be rounded up to the next full ounce or pound.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

We want you to have peace of mind in knowing that you can always return your purchase for a full refund of the product price, if, after holding it in your hands or trying it on, you are not completely satisfied.
RETURNING A GIFT
Gift recipients who return an item within 30 days of the original ship date will receive an e-gift certificate. Be sure to include the recipient’s email address on the return form and original order number. 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to Born of Water within 30 days of delivery - in the original, unused condition that you received it - and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) After 30 days and up to 60 days we will issue a store credit that is good for one year.
You should expect to receive your refund within a few days of us receiving your return. Please allow 10-12 business days to process your return. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days).
